1. About ONEO
These Terms of service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ONEO Global Digital Finance App and related websites operated by ONEO Pte. Ltd. (“ONEO”, “we”, “us”).
ONEO provides a technology platform that aggregates multi-currency accounts, cards, transfers, FX, savings and related features. Licensed banking, payment, e-money or investment services are performed by regulated partners in the countries where they are authorised.
2. Eligibility & account opening
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to open a personal account, except for ONEO Kids which requires a parent or legal guardian.
- Provide accurate identity and contact information and complete KYC when asked.
- Open only one personal account unless we expressly allow more.
- Do not impersonate another person or misuse corporate credentials.
We may decline, suspend or close an account where we cannot verify you, where required by law, or where these Terms are breached.
3. Services
Depending on your country and plan, ONEO may offer:
- Multi-currency balances and local account details (via partners)
- Virtual and physical debit cards (Visa / Mastercard networks)
- Domestic and international transfers and FX conversion
- Savings pots, subscriptions and lifestyle benefits on paid plans
- Business and Kids products with separate features and limits
Feature availability, limits and partner branding vary by jurisdiction. Indicative fees appear on the Fees page; binding fees appear in the app.
4. Your responsibilities
- Keep passcodes, biometrics and devices secure; never share login credentials.
- Use ONEO only for lawful purposes — no money laundering, fraud, sanctions evasion or illegal goods.
- Review statements and dispute unrecognised transactions promptly.
- Update personal details so we can contact you about security or legal notices.
5. Fees & plans
Standard is free. Plus, Premium, Metal and Ultra are paid subscriptions with additional allowances and perks. You can upgrade or downgrade in the app subject to plan rules. Fees for FX, ATM, card delivery and transfers are published under Fees and confirmed before you confirm a payment.
6. Changes to the service
We may update features, limits or these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email with reasonable advance notice where the law requires it (typically 30 days for fee increases that affect you).
7. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited by law. To the fullest extent permitted, ONEO is not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, partner downtime, FX market moves, or your failure to secure your device. Maximum liability for a claim arising from the platform will not exceed the fees you paid to ONEO in the 12 months before the claim, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
8. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Parties will first attempt good-faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes may be referred to arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) under its rules, unless consumer law in your country requires local courts.
This marketing-site summary does not replace the binding agreement shown in the ONEO app. Where there is a conflict, the in-app legal text and partner terms apply. Licensed financial services are provided by regulated partners; ONEO is a technology platform registered in Singapore.
